Thanks to the incredible generosity of our partners and recent community fundraising campaigns, we are thrilled to distribute scholarship funds to help students pursue their dreams at universities and trade schools.
How It Works
If you have been selected to receive an Blake Pierce Memorial Trade Scholarship, congratulations! To process your award and disburse the funds, we need to verify your school registration. The process is simple and requires coordination between you and your educational institution.
Here is how to claim your scholarship funds:
Step 2: Obtain Registrar Certification
Once your section is filled out, take the form to the Registrar’s Office of your university or trade school. An authorized school official must complete the middle section of the form. They will need to provide the school’s contact information, their signature, and officially certify that you have been accepted and are enrolled to attend and the scholarship funds will be used strictly for tuition or other school-related expenses.
Step 3: Submit Your Document
Once both the Student and Registrar sections are fully completed and signed, please return the form to the Canadian Children’s Optimist Foundation at :

Our Programs Department will complete the final section and prepare your check!
